Twenty members of the Northern Provincial Council have urged Chief Minister Justice Wigneswaran to refrain from attending the meeting of the Tamil People’s Council where its proposals for political solution are to be launched. They took this decision at a meeting they attended. Northern Provincial Council Chairman Sivagnanam and three provincial ministers were among the twenty members of the Northern Provincial Council that attended and took the decision.
