Release detenus without trial on Vesak Day: Wigneswaran tells President

Chief Minister of the Northern Province Justice Wigneswaran has requested President Maithripala Sirisena to grant public amnesty to political prisoners on detention without being brought to trial and release them on the Vesak Day.
