Several Primary Schools in Jaffna on the verge of closure, GA, Vethanayagan expresses concern
The population growth of the Jaffna District has declined. During our times, there were 800 -1000 students in schools. Now this has declined to 20 – 25. Because of this, several primary schools in Jaffna are on the verge of closure, the GA, Jaffna, Nagalingam Vethanayagan had expressed concern yesterday.
He also insisted that our growth rate should be increased.
He participated as the Chief Guest in the “ Anbe Sivam Title Awarding and the publication of magazine event held at the Ilankaiventhan Kaloory, yesterday.
