Singing national anthem in Tamil is a right: Vasudeva

UPFA Parliamentarian Vasudeva Nanayakara has stated that the right to sing national anthem in Tamil is a right granted by the constitution. It cannot be taken away. It has been in practice for long. He reiterated that it was a right when he had been Minister of National Languages in the previous government.
