Talks for release of Indian fishermen fruitful: Rathakrishnan

Indian Union Minister Pon. Rathakrishnan has assured that talks are held at diplomatic level to secure the release of 54 lndian fishermen presently on remand. He also stated that the Centre is seeking to devise means to end the frequent arrest of fishermen from both countries.
