TNA is blocking opening of KKS Cement Factory, says the Governor, Suren Ragavan

The Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Ragavan said that one MP of TNA is blocking the Re-commissioning of the KKS Factory.

He said this in answering a question from the representative of a Civil Public Organization in a round table discussion held at the Jaffna public  Library yesterday evening. Experts in several sectors participated in this discussion.

The said representative of the Civil Organization asked why no action is taken to re- commission any of the 4 factories which provided much employment and gone defunct now.

In reply the Governor said that he is ready to re-commission the KKS factory but, a member of the TNA is blocking that. You ask him and if he agrees I shall do it.
