TNA must co-operate with Maithri and resolve Tamil’s concerns: Wickremabahu

Dr. Wickramabahu Karunaratne, Leader of the Nava Lanka Sama Samaja Party has appealed to the Tamil National Alliance to co-operate with Maithripala and strive to resolve Tamil issues.  He was addressing the media at a meeting organized by the Movement for Unity through Power Sharing.

He stated that President Maithripala Sirisena will solve the land problems of the Tamil people. The new government must implement the rcommendations made by the Committee for Reconciliation.  He stressed that the country should not let communal politics to raise its head again and ruin the island.
