Turkey PM names groups other than ISIS as bombing suspects

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Monday that ISIS is the chief suspect in twin bombings that killed at least 97 people in the capital, Ankara, on Friday.

ISIS has not claimed responsibility for the carnage, which struck during a peace rally.
