Uthayakumar appointed as Northern Province Director of Education

The Zonal Director of Education S.Uthayakumar had been appointed as the Director of Education of the Northern Province. His appointment letter was handed over by the NPC Minister of Education yesterday.

He succeed R.Rajendram , who had gone on retirement.

Other sudden changes in appointments:

With effect from 1.4.2015,immediate transfers had been given to Secretaries of Provincial Council  Ministries.

Secretary  to the Ministry  of Fisheries,  Varatheeswaran,  transferred as the Secretary to the Chief Minister , Secretary  to the Ministry  of Education, Sathiyaseelan ,  transferred as the Secretary to the Ministry  of Fisheries, Secretary  to the Ministry  of Health, Raveendran, transferred as the Secretary  to the Ministry  of Education ,  and Thiruvaharan  appointed as the Secretary  to the Ministry  of Health.
