Vidya’s case convicts sent to different prisons

The seven convicts of the Vidya Case have been sent to different prisons for security reasons. The Seven suspects who were condemned to death in Vidya’s case were transferred immediately after the sentence to Bogambara Prison.

The seven convicts who were incarcerated  together were sent to different prisons on day before yesterday, on security reason. Two were sent to Welikade, two to Mahara prison and three are continued to be held in Bogampara Prison.

These transfers were done  with a view to the problems of holding all the convicts of the same case in one prison.
