Vigorous police checking in TNA propaganda meeting, people angered, bowed not to attend TNA meetings

People have expressed much opposition  about the police vigorously searching people,  like in war time,  who went to attend the TNA propaganda meeting, on the request of the TNA. They expressed their grief in that, they had been searched by the same people against whom their children fought and sacrificed their lives.

The Propaganda meeting of the TNA was held yesterday at Puthukudiyiruppu and all those who went to attend the meeting including media men were searched vigorously before being admitted into the venue. Long before the start of the meeting police were massed near the venue, body search was done  the people.  The Mulaitheevu District media men said that they were also subjected vigorous checks.

While our children had fought and sent them to Parliament, They have made the same people who shot and abducted our children, to search them. They also bowed that they will not attend TNA’s meetings in future.
