Vipusika’s mother Transferred to Magazine prison

The mother of Vipusika  who was earlier detained in the notorious ‘Boosa’ prison, Jeyakumari had been transferred to magazine prison following the failure to issue the renewal order of Detention Order by the President Maithripala Sirisena.

She took active part in the demonstration calling for information about missing persons, and  revealed her predicaments through Channel4, while the British Prime Minister was on a visit to Sri Lanka.
