Warning to Southern Fishermen transgressing into Mullai seas

The Mulaitheevu Fishermen had warned southern fishermen who are staying in Chaalai Shore to leave the Mulai Seas and fish in southern seas.

When the Fisheries Minister made a visit to Mulaitheevu he was made aware of the problems from the transgressing southern who engage in illegal fishing in Mullaitheevu seas.Minister gave spot orders to arrest those who engage in light- fishing and beach-de- mer catching.

After the ministers orders also some southern fishermen had engaged in illegal fishing. Mullai fishermen went in around 50 boats to catch the law breaking southern fishermen. About 6 boats have escaped and 3 boats sped towards Chaalai  and merged with the fisher already there.

Finally the mullai Fishermen had warned them to leave Mullai are and fish in southern seas.
