Ceylinco Life begins search for 160 more young achievers for Pranama schols

As the search begins for candidates for the next batch of ‘Pranama’ scholarships presented annually by Ceylinco Life, Sri Lanka’s life insurance leader has announced an increase in the value of some categories of scholarships, to be presented for the 15th year in early 2016.

The collection of applications for the next edition of the four-tiered scholarships programme has commenced, and will close on 30th November, the company said in a media statement.Ceylinco Life’s Pranama scholarships programme recognises academic as well as extra-curricular achievements of children of policyholders with cash rewards for those who achieve the best results in their respective districts at the year 5 scholarship examination, the GCE Ordinary Level, and the GCE Advanced Level as well as for children who excel at the national level in sports, culture, arts, drama or invention.
