Tamil political parties and civil society representatives commemorate the Mullivaikkal genocide in various parts of the country

Tamil political parties and civil society representatives in various parts of the country commemorated the 12th anniversary of the Mullivaikkal genocide. As the parliamentary session took place today, TNA parliamentarians who had gone to parliament held a memorial service in a part of parliament.

Meanwhile, parliamentarian justice Wigneswaran’s Tamil People’s Alliance organised a memorial service at the party office in Nallur. Former MP Sivajilingam and P2P movement coordinator Velan Swamy went to Mullivaikkal to pay their respects.
