Case will be filed within one week against the Wind-mill company, Chava PS announces in writing

The Chavakachcheri Predeshiya Sabha has announced in writing to the protesters against the Wind-mill construction company that, case will be filed against the wind-mill projects without Pradeshiya Sabah approval, within one week. The people of the village of Maravanpulavu along with public Organizations held a protest March upto the Chavakachcheri Pradeshiya Sabah on Wednesday against Wind-mills being constructed in the Maravanpulavu area.

In this context, the protesters had insisted that cases should be filed against the wind mills, being constructed in the Mravanpulavu area. As per this the PS had consented to take legal action and had informed the protesters in writing that further action will be taken as per court order.
