160 Kilos ganja captured in Mannar
Police said that 160 kilos of Ganja was captured by the Navy, in the seas off Thalai Mannar. Ganja is being captured continuously in Sri Lanka. It is believed that, this ganja was smuggled across the sea from south India.
4 persons who were found with the Ganja, were arrested and handed over to the Customs officers, the police said. In last few day lot of ganja was found, being smuggled through the North. Several incidents where ganja was captured with the help of the police had happened in the North.
