TNA turns a ‘Nelsonian eye’ regarding TPPs on their 9th day of fast unto death

In a context where the 3 TPPs are on a fasting protest, the last 9 days, the inaction of the TNA which is clinging to the Government, the relatives of the TPPs have been forced to get in the roads to undertake the struggle for the release of their relatives, the Organization for the release of  the TPPs rebuked strongly.

In a statement released by the president of the said Organization, Rev.Fr.Sakthivel it is stated that the families of TPPs handed over a letter to the TNA leadership.

Along with people fighting for their lands  and those who are fighting for their missing relatives , the relatives of TPPs also hadvedescended on the streets. It is better said that the TNA has pushed them into the streets.

We demand that the TNA work  for a solution to the just struggle of the fasting TPPs, for the TPPs to get released through a political decision and we warn that failing which may produce other side effects.
