UPFA MPs support Dinesh to be opposition leader

50 UPFA Parliamentarians have submitted a petition to the Speaker demanding that MEP Leader Dinesh Gunawardena should be appointed opposition leader.

They have stated that Nimal Siripala de Silva cannot continue to be holding the post since SLFP has joined the government.
