No new infection in Jaffna District. Ban on inter district Travelling and transport
It has been found out that there are no new Corona infections in the Jaffna in the PCR tests undertaken yesterday, at the Jaffna Teaching Hospital.
PCR tests were undertaken for 385 persons from the Northern Province.
No new infections were found out in them.
However the Director of the Jaffna Teaching Hospital, Dr. T.Sathiyamoorthy said yesterday that 8 persons who are being treated at Maruthankerny Corona Hospital had been re-confirmed positive to Corona.
Meanwhile, 21st person died of Corona with 397 new infections reported country wide. The total number of affected persons have increased to 11,000. Consequently the President has order ban on inter district travelling and transport
