Sivagnanam pooh poohs Gajendrakumar’s political concept

Chairman of the Northern Provincial Council C. V. K. Sivagnanam has ridiculed the political thinking of Gajandrakumar Ponnambalam as unacceptable and not in the interests of the Tamil community.

He was addressing a TNA election meeting in Navally recently. He stated that his talk about two countries and one nation is meaningless. It was not the satnd of Tamil Congress. That party stood for unitary state, while Chelvanayagam’s Illankai Tamil Arsu Katchi sought two federal states with one at the Centre and federalism.
