TNA to launch non-violent agitation demanding TPPs’ release

Tamil National Alliance Batticaloa Branch is to launch a non-volent agitation demanding the government to honour its pledge to TNA Leader Sampanthan to release political prisoners.

The decision was taken at a meeting of TNA members held at the office of TNA Batticaloa Parliamentarian S.Yogeswaran.

The demonstration will be held at Ghanthy Poonga in Batticaloa on Thursday.
