Sarath Fonseka granted presidential pardon

Former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka has been granted political pardon by President Maithripala Sirisena. The Presidential directive also states that Fonseka be restored with all his decorations and titles with immediate effective. President gave the directive under Article 34 of the constitution.
