Wigneswaran attends TPC sessions amidst speculation

Northern Province Chief Minister Wigneswaran today morning attended the second session of the Tami People’s Council held in Jaffna amidst speculation that he would desist from attending it following his pow-wow with Tamil National Alliance Leader R.Sampanthan recently at the residence of President’s Counsel Kanag-Ishwaran.
