Missing students appearing with president in photograph: TID promises mothers to find them

Two missing students supposed to be seen with the president in a photograph with several other students,will be found, the Terrorism Interdiction Division (TID), promised to the mothers of the two students. Two students, Kasipillai Geromy and Yogeswaran mayuran, both of Nedunkerny went missing in 2009.

Later during the President’s election, they were seen with the President in a photograph in an election poster issued during the election in January 2015.They were also seen in video footage used for election propaganda. Both the mothers brought this to the attention of the President and requested him to find their children.

Following this the TID had summoned the two mothers , taken their statements and promised them to find their children soon.
