Letter requesting the change in the cabinet of NPC handed over to CM with 16 signatures.

A letter requesting changes in the ministers was handed over to the CM yesterday by 6 of the signatories. The letter had suggested that new qualified members should be appointed all four of the Ministerial posts and if necessary the Leader and Deputy leader post also could be given to qualified people, so to give representation to all five districts.

M.Antony Jeganathan, Mrs.Ananthy Sasitharan, Primus Siraiwa, K.Vinthan,Gna. Kunaseelan and K.Sarveswaran met the CM yesterday and handed over the letter and discussed several shortcomings of the current Ministers.

However, the CM neither rejected nor accepted the proposal but had only said he will have talk with the party leaders regarding this.
