The Governor should act knowing activities suitable to his post, answers CM, to media

The CM, NPC said in answering questions from Media that, the Governor should act getting to know activities suitable for his post. In the context of several criticisms being levelled against the Northern Governor, Reginold Cooray regarding his activities and demands made the  he should be removed from his post from both North and the south, he said as above answering questions from the Media.

Clarifying further he said, I accept that his speeches, his activities and the way he view certain things are different. He was a politician earlier. He had officiated also as the CM of the Western Province. Hence, he is viewing things here through a political view.

The previous Governor Palihakara is a real Government Servant. He had the knowledge of how to look at things and how to act on them and acted accordingly.

But, there is no point in finding fault with the present Governor. An understanding should be formed between us and we believe that this will happen soon. I wish to say that he is a good man, he said.
