No “I Northerner …. you Easterner” , Lets’ join together  by Tamil, says NPC CM, in the East

While saying that we should learn thoroughly our mother tongue before trying to get expert knowledge in other languages. Otherwise we will become hybrid rowdies, the NPC CM, C.V.Wigneswaran also said that our social integrity based on Tamil Language will lead to amicable rapport and federal rule.

He was addressing the gathering, participating as the Chief Guest in the Muthamizh Vilazh held under the aegis of Tamil Peoples’ Council, held on Thursday  at the Vipulananthar Arangam in Batticaloa, yesterday.

Lack of teachers to teach Tamil Literature properly, is making students to exclude Tamil literature for other easy subjects. Our heroic histories are shelved and gathering dust. Our books on ethics had been orphaned. Without being mere spectators, we should link us as contributors.

Politics is not going to unite us. Our Tamil language, our literature, Our Tamil Arts, Our Tamil traditions, our Tamil living style and our social unity will pave the way for amicable Rapport and Federal rule.

There will be differences. But we could get together by love. We could get together by the beauty of Tamil, by the knowledge of Literature. Let us, all people of North and East welcome this unity, he said.
