Sorrow of Kepapulavu – Air Force put up “Trespassers will be shot” warning Board
Kepapulavu people on their 18th day struggle for resettling into their own lands which are occupied by Air Force. Support is flooding from all around, including the south, and even from Buddhist clergy. Protesters have bowed that if their lands not given to them they will breach the barriers of the Air Force to reach their lands.
In this context the Air Force has put up a warning notice near struggle venue saying “This is the property of the Air Force. Trespassing prohibited. Trespassers will be shot ”
The children at the struggle venue said that the Air Force men are trying to frighten them by inducing their dogs on them.
However the support for the struggling people is increasing in bounds.
