Deforestation –Muslim colonization- Grabbing of lands of Tamil, People rise up against Rishad

A Protest Demonstration Rally was undertaken in protest of the Deforestation for planned colonization. People trekked more than 7 Km to demonstrate their protest.

Action had taken to destroy forest in 177 acre in Koolamurippu and colonize the area with Muslim people. Some Government officers are hand-in-glove in this matter.

The people and the youth had rallied together against this colonization scheme and against the destruction of our resource of Forest.

The youth who participated in this protest Rally said the Minister Rishad Badi-ud-deen is behind this plan and he should abandon this project.

We cannot lose the North like the East, they said.
