CM kicks the ball into Governor’s side: Accuses that the governor is the reason for the current situation

The NPC CM has accused that the Governor is responsible for the  current crisis in the NPC.

This had been stated in weekly press release of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

It had been further stated that if a governor can do a mistake and he could dissolve the PC on the basis of the mistake , the government could easily dissolve any PC.

The reason for the Appeal Court  decision is that the Governor had not published my letter stating the dismissal of Deneeswaran in the gazette.

The Law will not allow the Governor not perform an important function and to dissolve the NPC on that failure. The Leader of the house can hold his post until our term of office expires.
