Release the TPPs at on the Independence Day, requests Mannar Citizen Committee

The Government should respect the rights of the Tamil people and their aspirations and should release the Tamil POlitical Prisoneers (TPPs), who are suffering in prisons like slaves, having lost their rights,  at least on this Independence day, the Mannar Citizen Committee requested.

The Mannar Citizen Committee has issued a press release regarding the matter.

The TPPs who are living without any meaning in life, families, children, relatives, within 4 walls like living dead should be released at least on the Independence Day and let them move freely.

We request the Leader of the Country and the Good Governance Government to light the lamps at their homes and in the hearts of Tamil people.
