Skeleton in striped uniform of Tigers found in Mulliwaikkal

A skeleton in stripped uniform of LTTE recovered in Muluiwaikkal West.

The said skeleton has been discovered in Mullaiwaikkal West, in Mulaitheevu District near 381 Brigade camp. This skeleton was found when a septic tank was excavated.

A cyanide  capsule and a ‘ Tamilan ‘ grenade were recovered with the skeleton.

The spot where the skeleton was found has been guarded by Security and the magistrate will undertake spot inquiries and thereafter the skeleton will be removed from there, the police said.
