US Military equipment recovered from Mankumban Mosque , Mosque leader arrested

Some articles used by the Army was recovered in a search operation of the security forces at Mankumban Mosque in Jaffna.

STF rounded up the area and search operation yielded a bullet proof jacket used by the Army and a American Military issue water can and two  7.62 mm rounds and fire crackers.

Following this the Mankumban Mosque leader was taken away for inquiries and was subsequently arrested by the police.
