Appointing and dismissing a Minister is within the power and authority of the CM,  says NPC CM

While saying the it is the power and Right of a CM to appoint a Minister from among the members and dismissing him is the power and right of the Chief Minister, he also said that,  the governor only gives it an official form.

The governor dismissed Deneeswaran and appointed a Minister in his place as per my recommendation. But the Appeal court had found fault with governor for not publishing the dismissal. Current crisis  could not have come.

The case in Supreme Court  is sustained to clarify the difference between Official obligation and the real truth. There will be delays in our activities till the decision taken by the appeal court considering an Administrative action as a Right is in the Supreme Court. This case also had been included in the delays of the Law, he said
