Army asks money to shift camps in areas to be released

The Army had asked for money to shift its camps located in areas selected to be released to the people. The Ministry of Resettlement had accepted this at policy level.

A meeting was held at the SFHQ Palaly regarding releasing 1,500 acre in Vali North. During this meeting , it was discussed about the shifting Army Camps located in the 1,500 acre to be released. Army said that lot of money is needed to shift their camps and that the Ministry of Resettlement should provide the needed money.

The Ministry of Re-Settlement while accepting the proposal said that the Ministry approval had to obtained before providing the money.
