Army drawing in former Militants is dangerous, says Mawai Senathyrasa

Leader of ITAK and TNA MP, Mawai Senathyrasa had said that the Military faction drawing in the former Militants.

He said so quoting the meeting between the former militants and the Army held yesterday in Jaffna.

He was participating and speaking in the May Day Meeting of the TNA held at Kilinochchi yesterday while saying this.

Although we are saying that we don’t need the Army, a necessity has arisen for their security. In a context where we have the International support, the current context will not blunt off it. We cannot afford to lose the international support, he said.
