Construction of The Largest Vihare at Kokkilai: Commences while case for land in courts

The construction of the largest Vihare in the North had commenced with the assistance of the Army. This Vihare was planned 4 years back and acquiring the private lands of Tamil people without their consent.

Earlier the legal owners filed a case in courts and the construction work was suspended. Now, it had been started despite the case still pending.

The Army is guarding the site of the construction.
