The disturbances in the NPC are for forcing a half-baked solution on Tamil people, says CM C.V.Wigneswaran
The rulers and some pro-government Tamil politicians are attempting to distract the attention of the Tamil people by causing well planned and continuous disturbance in the activities of the Northern Provincial Council so as to distract the attention of the Tamil people, Tamil political activists and myself, so as for them to force half-baked solutions upon us, said the Chief Minister of NPC, C.V.Wigneswaran.
While the Tamil faction waiting for constructive power devolution including ruling power on the basis of Federal system, merger opf North and East and finance, the government is trying to force a half baked solution. These pro-government Tamil politicians are acting in favour of this attempt and are not clarifying the matters to the people. Our doubts are strengthened by some people saying that nothing beyond 13th could be expected.
The Tamil people should wake up to these realities. If we are not vigilant, it will be favourable situation for the people who are trying to execute what they want, keeping our attention away from the reality.
