We don’t need to listen to what is said by political Analysts regarding Interim Report, says Mawai Senathyrasa

The Leader of the ITAK Mawai Senathyrasa has said that the opinions expressed by Political Analysts, Attorneys at Law and University intellectuals regarding the Interim Report on the Draft Constitution need not be taken into consideration.

One of the persons who took part in clarification meeting of the Coordinating Committee, on the Interim Report had said that Mawai had said so. This Coordinating committee meeting was held for about two hours on Saturday in Colombo. In this meeting presided by the Leader of the Opposition and Leader of TNA, Era Sampanthan, Mawai Senathyrasa and M.A.Sumanthiran provided clarifications. Leaders of   other parties also placed forward their opinion on the Interim Report and the current political situation.

Mawai Senathyrasa expressed strong dissatisfaction over the  pungent  opinions published by the media.

While, Mawai said that nobody need to advice  us (indirectly pointing out the rejection of the Interim Report by the University Community). PLOT Leader, Sitharthan said that only 10% of the people are interested in anything connected to the drafting of the new Constitution.
