EPRLF Central Committee allows to work with TNA and TPC in Parallel

The Central Committee of the EPRLF which met in its Office in Vavuniya with former MP Suresh Premachandran in the chair.

In this meeting current political situation was widely discussed and three resolutions were passed in this meeting, which are given below:

1.       The EFRLF had contributed with sacrifices for the formation of TNA and the Central Committee  appreciate this greatly. Although a resolution to form a Tamil National Council , no concrete action had been taken by the TNA leader.

2.       It is a welcome move by EPRLF to take a decision to work with TPC which is being formed beyond party politics. This does not mean in any way that the EPRLF is seceding from the TNA.

3.       Sufficient awareness creating programs regarding TPC should be undertaken by EPRLF among people and the proposals of TPC to New Draft constitution should taken to tamil people for evaluation by them.
