Foreign Minister of Singapore Dr. Vivien Balakrishnan meets CM, C.V. Wigneswaran

Dr. Vivien Balakrishnan, the Foreign Minister of Singapore who is on a visit to Sri Lanka, met the Northern Provincial Council Chief Minister, Justice C.V.Wigneswaran yesterday noon.

In this meeting held at the CM’s Secretariat, several matters were discussed during this meeting, it is learnt.

The visiting Foreign Minister also met the following during his visit to the North.

*The Governor , Reginold Cooray.

*The District Secretary N.Vethanayagam.

*Visiting the Jaffna Public Library, he donated a set of books to the Library.

*Visiting the Jaffna Teaching Hospital, he inspected the new buildings of the Hospital.
