Form of the struggle will be changed, says Kepapulavu people
The Kepapulavu people said that in the context of two years had passed with no solution had been reached for their demand to release their ancient lands, the for form of their struggle will be changed.
Kepapulavu people expressed their anxiety thus in a media conference held at Kepapulavu, Mulaitheevu.
The struggle of Kepapulavu people completes it 2 years mark on the 2nd March.Hence in order to strengthen their struggle, they are intending to change the form of their struggle, the people said.
They also had said that they will observe the day on which their struggle reaches its 2 year mark, as a fasting protest day.
