Implement what is in black and white, It is sufficient for the PCs to operate efficiently: says Eastern CM
The Eastern CM, Naseer Ahamed said that it will be sufficient for the PCs to work efficient if the powers granted by the 13th Amendment and written on paper are implemented. He said so in an event held in Batticaloa District, presided by PM, Ranil Wickremasinghe was present at the venue.
Commenting further he said , we are working with an objective of wiping out unemployment and raise livelihood by eradicating poverty from the Province. The PM and the president are offering their fullest cooperation for this. We are raising our voice from the very start that we should put a full stop for unemployment problem. Because of this we were able give employment to 700 graduates at the same time.
We have drafted plans to bring together resources spread all over EP and the Human resource for creating employment opportunities and alleviate poverty from the Province. We are operating a racial unity Government in the EP, which is a model for the whole country. The assistance from the Central Government are on the decline. Central Government should provide an increased assistance, he said.
