Internal Investigation without Foreign judges will not give justice: CM clarifies to Japanese Ambassador

The NPC CM C.V. Wigneswaran had said the visiting Japanese Ambassador that, internal investigation  of the Sri Lankan Government on War Crimes and Violation of Human Rights will not give justice to the affected people.

Only if impartial judges brought from outside, the statement that affected people will be granted Justice could be made reliable, he had said.
