Horror as four die and 35 are injured after Jaffna bound Colombo bus crashes in Mankulam

A Jaffna bound Colombo bus ran into a stationery dipper at Kilavan Kulam in Mankulam this morning causing 4 people dead and  35 injured.

The bus crashed into another vehicle parked alongside the road near  Kokkavil junction.

Some passengers were thrown from the bus, while others were left trapped among the wreckage. Some of the injured people are in critical condition and the death toll is expected to rise.
