Kumar Sangakara and Mahela Jayawardena meet NPC CM, Wigneswaran

Former Sri Lankan Cricketers Kumara Sangakara and Mahela Jayawardene paid a courtesy call on the NPC CM, C.V.Wigneswaran yesterday.

Colours of Courage Trust Fund is to construct a Cancer Hospital at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital, Galle. A walkabout to collect funds  for this project will commence from point near Navy Camp at Point Pedro at 8.30 a.m. on Thursday, tomorrow.  Mahela and Sangakara are to participate in this walk. They had come to the North and had a meeting with the NPC CM, C.V.Wigneswaran yesterday at his office.

Colours of Courage Trust Fund organization held a walk in 2011, to collect funds for Thellipalai Cancer Hospital from Galle to the North. This time the walk will be from Point Pedro to Galle. Thellipalai Hospital will accompany the in support of the walkers.
