Let’s remember Mulliwaikkal Disaster together as a Grand Tamil National Uprising, Call by University Students
The May 18th Anniversary day of Mulliwaikkal Disaster should be remembered as a Tamil National Peoples Grand Uprising at a Single place. To pursue this objective, all Political and Public Organizations which have intertwined them with the Voyage of Liberation of Tamils should come forward, the Future Pillars of our nation, the young Student community has put out a call.
The Student Federation of the Jaffna University has put out this call from the very soil of Mulliwaikkal. The Representatives of the Student’s federation visited the Mulliwaikkal at Mulatheevu. They have placed this call before all Political Parties and Public Organizations.
The may 18th Disaster was a genocide against the Tamil people, perpetrated with all the conscience of all world communities which identify themselves as concerned of preserving and protecting Human Dignity, being shut tight and in front of all concerned, with much urgency in the 21st Century. We have all the right call for delivery of justice in front of the world.
It should be held in a righteous form, as one which will herald the Resurgence of Tamil People with all the historical identities inherited over the time, they had said.
