Western Provincial Council member Uthayagamapila has charged that Mahinda Rajapakse was defeated not by Sirisena, Ranil or Chandrika by external forces led by Moi and Obama,

He was assressing at Divulapitiya recently. He went on that people want Mahinda return to power and guide th destiny of the country as prime minister.
