Maxwell Report ratifies Channel 4 videos for truthfulness Balachandran murder shots also true

The Maxwell Paranagama report on missing persons had said that the channel 4 videos are with truthfulness. It had also said that the photographs of Blachandran’s  murder also true, and recommended to form hybrid courts for war crimes trials.

Political sources in Colombo said accusations had been leveled against senior leaders of SLFP  and this might cause friction among government ranks.
